2012 Winter Session at Kenosha Public Museum:

Writing Workshop for Young Adults: Ages 12-15

(other ages accepted with instructor permission)

4 week course: Tuesday evenings February 7-28; 6:30-8:30 pm

This workshop is to help young writers develop their skills with writing exercises that will be written and shared amongst their peers with instructor guidance. We will do in-class writing and assignments in a couple genres of writing. We will examine writing to see where the strengths and weaknesses lie and how to grow as a writer.

Colleen Kappeler is currently finishing her Masters in Writing and Literature and holds a BA in Writing as well. She is a published writer, writing teacher, and editor.
